Milesight WS101 LoRaWAN Smart Button (noodknop)

The Milesight WS101 LoRaWAN Smart Button is a LoRaWAN-based smart button for wireless control, sending triggers and alarms. The Milesight WS101 LoRaWAN Smart Button supports multiple types of actions from controlling devices to triggering scenes. This can all be defined by the user in the Milesight IoT Cloud solution. This Milesight WS101 LoRaWAN Smart Button has a red button that can be used to send SOS alarms.

Compact and battery powered, the Milesight WS101 LoRaWAN Smart Button is easy to install and take anywhere. The Milesight WS101 LoRaWAN Smart Button works with Milesight LoRaWAN gateways and Milesight IoT Cloud solutions. Within this environment, users can thus activate the alarms and use the Milesight WS101 Smart Button to easily activate other sensors or devices. The latter can be done remotely via web or mobile apps. The Milesight WS101 Smart Button will be widely used in smart homes, smart offices, hotels, schools, etc.

From firmware version 1.02, the Milesight WS101 LoRaWAN Smart Button also supports Milesight IoT LoRa D2D. Thanks to this technology, the MilesightWS101 LoRaWAN Smart Button can communicate directly with other D2D equipment from Milesight. This means that a LoRaWAN gateway is not always required.

The housing is 50 x 50 x 18 mm and is therefore easy to place anywhere or even put in your pocket.

Battery Life Indication:

1. 9 years at 10 times a day (SF7 (good network connection))
2. 6.5 years at 10x busier per day (SF10 (poor network connection))

The Milesight WS101 LoRaWAN Smart Button is connected to a LoraWAN network. This can be a gateway from the same manufacturer, contract via KPN or another brand LoraWAN gateway linked to, for example, The Things Industries network. This product also works with D2D, where the switch communicates directly with another D2D device (agent).
